Job summary

Base Camp Digital PTE Ltd is seeking a ServiceNow Lead to provide technical leadership and product direction for an enterprise ServiceNow environment. You will work with stakeholders, partners and vendors to ensure scalable, secure and reliable platform delivery.

The role oversees project delivery and BAU operations, driving automation, continuous improvement and adoption of new ServiceNow capabilities.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of ServiceNow implementation experience in complex enterprise environments.
Experience leading technical teams and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and SPM within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership across ServiceNow initiatives ensuring enterprise standards and best practices.
Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and architectures.
Own platform strategy, governance, CMDB, security controls, and platform health.
Define the ServiceNow product roadmap, priorities, release strategy and backlog.
Oversee BAU operations and external service providers ensuring SLA performance.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, workflow automation and platform capabilities.
Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
Partner with business, technology teams and vendors to deliver solutions.
Guide and mentor ServiceNow teams, promoting continuous learning.
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across the platform.
