Job summary

Neutron in Singapore seeks a Senior ServiceNow Platform Lead to drive end-to-end platform migration, architecture, and performance monitoring. You will oversee migrations from legacy systems and shape adoption strategies for value delivery.

You will lead agile delivery, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage backlogs, and coach teams. Strong stakeholder communication and vendor oversight are essential to align with IT strategy and security standards.

Qualifications

Extensive experience designing, architecting, and administering ServiceNow environments including migrations from legacy systems.
Experience implementing ServiceNow AI features (NowAssist, Agentic AI) and integrating with major SaaS platforms.
Proven track record as Scrum Master managing delivery teams, ceremonies, metrics, and coaching stakeholders.
Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, access control optimization, and platform security standards.

Responsibilities

Lead technical feasibility studies and drive end-to-end migration strategy to ServiceNow from legacy platforms.
Design and manage ServiceNow performance monitoring and predictive analytics for real-time insights.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage product backlog, and remove blockers to protect velocity.
Architect and deploy AI capabilities aligned with business objectives and oversee cross-platform integrations.
Provide enterprise-wide architectural guidance and governance, including vendor QA and security adherence.
