Job summary
ManpowerGroup Singapore is seeking a Product and Platform Lead for ServiceNow to drive technical leadership, solution design, and implementation oversight across enterprise engagements. You will mentor teams, define platform strategy, and coordinate with vendors and business leaders to deliver digital workflow enablement.
This role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, CSA and ITIL credentials, and a track record of delivering scalable, cost-optimized platforms while maintaining high reliability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, IS, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of ServiceNow implementation experience in complex enterprise environments.
- CSA and ITIL Foundation certifications required.
- Certifications: CIS-ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Practitioner, Agile, or Scrum.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across multiple ServiceNow engagements and ensure successful implementation.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and architectural blueprints.
- Develop and maintain a robust instance strategy, governance, and data management.
- Define and communicate the ServiceNow product vision, roadmap, and release strategy.
- Oversee ServiceNow operations and coordinate project work with external partners.
