Job summary

JONDAVIDSON PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior ServiceNow leader to drive technical direction across multiple engagements. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, shape the platform strategy, and govern core data and security controls.

You will own the product vision and backlog, coordinate with vendors, and oversee managed service partners to deliver high-quality digital transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience with platform governance, security controls, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across ServiceNow engagements.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and architecture blueprints.
• Define and maintain ServiceNow instance strategy and governance.
• Own and prioritize the ServiceNow product vision, backlog, and roadmap.
• Oversee service delivery, partners, and day-to-day operations.
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation within ServiceNow.
• Improve BAU performance, SLAs, reliability, and service improvements.
• Manage integrations with other tools and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and partners to scale digital transformation.
• Mentor and train ServiceNow developers and engineers.
