Job summary

Hadron GBS is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead end-to-end architecture, design, integrations and governance from Singapore. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM and ITAM modules.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define strategy, drive implementation roadmaps and ensure alignment with enterprise goals and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in ServiceNow with strong solution architecture.
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, design, integrations, governance, and implementation strategy.
• Expertise across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, ITAM, and other modules.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
