FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect / Agile Delivery Lead to provide technical leadership across the ServiceNow platform while driving agile delivery across multiple transformation initiatives. The role combines ServiceNow architecture, platform modernisation, AI adoption, enterprise integration, Scrum leadership, and vendor governance.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization.
Strong track record in enterprise solution architecture and system integration.
Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, and AI capabilities.
Leadership in Agile and Scrum methodologies for multi-workstream delivery programmes.
Knowledge of ERP, HCM, procurement, and SaaS ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow platform leadership and migration strategy across multiple initiatives.
Ensure migrations minimise business disruption while maximise platform value.
Design and oversee the implementation of ServiceNow AI capabilities and analytics.
Serve as Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead for one or more delivery teams.
Identify cross-platform integration opportunities to improve automation and user experience.
Oversee governance, licensing optimisation, and vendor accountability.
