Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is mandatory.
• ITIL Foundation certification is mandatory.
• Desirable CIS certifications (ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping).
• Agile/Scrum certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across ServiceNow initiatives and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and define technical architectures.
• Own platform strategy, governance, CMDB/data management, security controls, and overall platform health.
• Define the ServiceNow product roadmap, priorities, release strategy, and backlog with key stakeholders.
• Oversee BAU operations and external providers, ensuring SLA performance and platform reliability.
• Identify opportunities for ServiceNow AI, workflow automation, and platform capabilities to improve efficiency.
• Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications for reliable data flow.
• Partner with business and technology teams and vendors to deliver effective solutions.
• Mentor ServiceNow teams and promote continuous learning and improvement.
• Drive continuous service improvement and proactive issue prevention.
