Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of enterprise ServiceNow delivery experience.
Senior/lead developer with technical direction and code reviews.
Experience designing reusable UI components and design-system assets.
Hands-on ServiceNow development across HRSD, App Engine, integrations.
Strong communication with business stakeholders and UI/UX designers.
CI/CD, testing, deployment, and production support experience.

Responsibilities

Design, build, govern a reusable UI/UX component library.
Define interfaces, configuration options, and release practices.
Provide technical guidance and code reviews across squads.
Lead design reviews, document decisions, and manage cross-team dependencies.
Plan deployment pipelines and rollout activities.
Support production stabilization and handover.
