Job summary

EY is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer (HRSD & App Engine) to lead design, development, and deployment of workforce-management and employee-services applications. You will guide technical direction, manage end-to-end delivery, and drive quality through architecture, security, and UX-aligned design across squads.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions, including HRSD and App Engine.
• Experience as a senior or lead developer providing technical direction, conducting solution and code reviews, and establishing development standards.
• Experience designing and governing reusable UI components, widgets, patterns, or design-system assets for adoption by multiple applications or development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications for workforce management and employee services.
• Lead technical direction, ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Contribute to agile delivery, backlog refinement, and testing; coordinate rollout and training.
• Provide guidance on architecture, platform capabilities, coding standards, and reuse across squads.
• Develop and govern reusable Ul/UX components and design-system assets.
