Job summary

NCS is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support Squad C in designing, developing, and maintaining applications for workforce management and employee services. This hybrid Business Analyst and Developer role requires hands‑on expertise in ServiceNow HRSD and App Engine.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions with HRSD and App Engine.
Experience performing combined business analysis and development responsibilities.
Experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and user-story development.
ServiceNow configuration, workflow automation, integration, testing, deployment planning, and support.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow apps for HRSD and workforce management.
Configure HR services, case management, employee workflows, and related capabilities.
Develop scoped apps, data models, forms, and automated workflows with App Engine Studio.
Integrate with REST/SOAP and API endpoints; ensure secure, scalable solutions.
Collaborate in Scrum-lite delivery, refine backlogs, and support testing and rollout.
Ensure security controls, policy alignment, and post‑deployment support.
