Job summary

NCS is a leading technology services firm in APAC seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to review, design, and deliver ServiceNow solutions that drive business outcomes. You will design, develop, configure, test, implement, and support ServiceNow tools including HRSD and App Engine.

You will gather requirements, facilitate workshops, lead UAT, perform gap analyses, advise on tool adoption, and drive integration via APIs with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have ServiceNow System Administrator certification, Application developer and ServiceNow HRSD implementation certification.
• 4 to 7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in ground up implementations.
• 4 to 7 years of experience with ServiceNow scoped applications and scripting modules (client scripts, business rules, workflow, flow designer, UI actions, UI macros, UI pages).
• Experience with HRSD & App Engine suites and platform API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and communicate with key stakeholders and translate requirements into user stories.
• Design, develop, configure, test, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead workshops and meetings to brainstorm and refine technical solutions.
• Perform gap analyses and propose concrete solutions to bridge gaps between current and desired outcomes.
• Build test cases, facilitate UAT with business users, and ensure requirements are met.
• Advise on tools adoption and integration strategies across multiple technology components.
