Job summary

EY is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Lead Developer to design, develop, and maintain workforce management and employee services apps. You will provide technical direction, establish reusable UI/UX patterns, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across squads.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, user-centered designs while guiding teams through agile delivery, testing, rollout, and ongoing support in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions, including HRSD and App Engine.
Experience as a senior or lead developer providing technical direction and code reviews.
Experience designing and governing reusable UI components for multiple applications.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of ServiceNow apps for workforce management.
Engage stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements and designs.
Support agile delivery with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and testing.
Enforce security, compliance, and quality with RBAC and automated tests.
Develop and govern a reusable UI/UX library and governance model.
Drive strategic engineering enablement including deployment pipelines and access models.
Maintain documentation and conduct knowledge transfer to teams.
