Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience delivering enterprise HRSD solutions.
- Strong experience in HRSD, App Engine, and experimentation with scalable UI components.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD and App Engine applications.
- Configure HR services, case management, employee service workflows, catalogs, and related HRSD capabilities.
- Build reusable UI components and integrations using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Lead agile delivery, test planning, rollback planning, and deployment readiness.
- Maintain documentation, security controls, and CI/CD practices for deployments.
