Job summary

NCS is driving AI-enabled workforce solutions and seeks a ServiceNow Developer to join Squad C in a hybrid role. You will design, develop, and maintain HRSD and App Engine applications, engage stakeholders, and deliver from requirements through deployment in a fast-paced environment.

You will work across HR services, case management, workflows, and integrations, applying user-centered design and ensuring security and CI/CD best practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Mandatory experience in HRSD and App Engine, including Studio and Flow Designer.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, process mapping, and user-stories.
• ServiceNow configuration, workflow automation, and production support.
• CSA and CIS-HR certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD and App Engine applications.
• Configure HR services, case management, and employee service workflows.
• Develop scoped applications, data models, forms, rules and UI policies.
• Integrate with REST/SOAP APIs and ensure security controls are in place.
• Collaborate in Agile delivery, prepare tests, and support deployment.
