Job summary

NCS is seeking a Lead Developer to design, build, and deliver enterprise ServiceNow solutions focused on HRSD and App Engine. You will work with cross‑functional teams across the Asia Pacific, applying rigorous design, security, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include building reusable UI/UX components, governing a design system, integrating with Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs, and guiding CI/CD, testing, and production rollout.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions, including HRSD and App Engine.
• Senior/lead developer with technical direction and code reviews.
• Experience governing reusable UI components and design-system assets.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development, solution architecture, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Mandatory: HRSD and App Engine, including App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, security controls.
• Proficiency with Service Portal widgets, Employee Center, and UI Builder/Next Experience.
• Strong communication with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, document, and govern reusable UI/UX components.
• Lead design reviews and establish development standards for reuse.
• Develop secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions with CI/CD and testing.
• Coordinate deployments, testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide technical leadership and collaboration across squads.
