Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and maintain HRSD and App Engine solutions for workforce management and employee services. You will build apps, data models, automate workflows, and integrate with REST/SOAP endpoints while ensuring security and governance.

You will drive agile delivery, lead technical reviews, and establish reusable UI patterns across Service Portal, Employee Center, and UI Builder, aligning with SGTS and IM8 standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions
• Senior/lead developer experience with technical direction and code reviews
• Experience designing and governing reusable UI components and design-system assets
• Experience performing combined business analysis and development with stakeholders/UI-UX
• Hands-on ServiceNow development, architecture, integration, testing, deployment, and production support
• Technical leadership, code reviews, standards, quality governance and coaching
• Reusable UI/UX component engineering, accessibility, responsive design, performance, documentation

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications for HRSD and App Engine
• Configure HR services, case management, employee service workflows
• Build scoped apps, data models, forms, business rules, UI policies, scripts, and workflows
• Develop integrations using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs
• Apply development standards for secure, scalable solutions
• Ensure compliance with IM8 and SGTS security standards
• Perform sprint-based maintenance and incident resolution
• Monitor application health and document configurations
• Create knowledge articles and conduct knowledge transfer
• Lead design reviews and establish reusable UI patterns
• Evaluate use of out-of-the-box capabilities vs custom solutions
