Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, CSM, CMDB, integrations and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, Service Catalog and custom apps.
• Design and implement workflows, integrations, REST APIs and automation solutions.
• Support platform administration, incidents, requests, dashboards and reporting.
• Participate in upgrades, releases, testing and deployments.
• Develop Performance Analytics dashboards and AI-driven solutions using Predictive Intelligence.
• Review code, mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
