Job summary

sgital pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead technical delivery for ServiceNow implementations and platform enhancements in Singapore. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from build to release support, evolve the platform, and govern Now Assist features to boost enterprise productivity.

You will architect solutions, develop scoped apps, and build secure integrations while mentoring juniors and upholding quality during SIT/UAT and go-live windows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development in large enterprise environments.
• Full lifecycle delivery from requirements through deployment.
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow data model, security/ACLs, performance optimization and upgrade-safe patterns.
• Experience developing within scoped environments and managing cross-scope dependencies.
• Implementation across ITSM/CSM/HRSD/SPM/ITOM or related modules.
• Strong JavaScript skills across server-side and client-side scripting.
• Agile/Scrum delivery with high independence.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery for new ServiceNow implementations and global rollouts.
• Design and build upgrade-safe solutions; ensure architectural integrity.
• Configure and develop scoped applications using Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, Client Scripts.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical tasks and user stories.
• Build and maintain integrations via Scripted REST APIs, Outbound REST, with modern authentication.
• Configure Now Assist features to enhance agent productivity.
• Perform rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Drive quality through unit testing and SIT/UAT support; assist during release/go-live.
• Identify platform optimization opportunities and document options with pros/cons and risks.
