Job summary

BIGTAPP PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a seasoned ServiceNow Developer (4-8 years) to design and implement robust ServiceNow solutions across CSM, ITSM, HRSD, and custom apps.

Role focuses on workflow automation, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes and Client Scripts, plus hands-on REST/SOAP API integrations via IntegrationHub in production environments. CSA/CAD/CSM certifications are preferred; strong JavaScript and Glide scripting skills are required to ensure scalable architecture

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development across modules.
• Experience with CSM, ITSM, HRSD and custom apps.
• Proficient in workflow automation and scripting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow modules and integrations.
• Design and optimize workflows and automation using Flow Designer.
• Create and maintain JavaScript and Glide scripts for solutions.
