Job summary

NTT Data Singapore seeks an experienced ServiceNow Platform Administrator to configure and optimize the ServiceNow environment. You will manage user access, roles, and permissions while implementing ITSM, SPM, IRM, and ITAM modules to meet business needs.

The role requires 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and collaboration with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) as a ServiceNow Platform Administrator.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and administration.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITSM module administration.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules including SPM, IRM, and ITAM is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational requirements and ensure optimal performance.
• Administer user access, roles, and permissions within the ServiceNow environment.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, SPM, IRM, and ITAM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely end-user support.
• Perform routine system maintenance tasks such as updates and patches.
• Monitor system health and performance, preemptively addressing issues.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams for platform integrations and upgrades.
• Create and maintain documentation related to ServiceNow configurations and procedures.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, features, and best practices.
