Job summary

AMK Technology is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and CSM. You will work with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure platform enhancements in a modern Agile environment.

The role requires 6–8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong JavaScript skills, and expertise in API integrations and cloud architectures. Singapore-based position with visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8+ years of ServiceNow development and customization.
• Strong hands-on experience with ITSM and CSM in ServiceNow.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications across ITSM and CSM.
• Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Develop integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
• Create and optimize UI with HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and release management.
