Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules in Singapore.

You will translate business and technical requirements into solutions, develop workflows, UI policies, catalog items, integrations, and provide production support with a focus on automation and security standards.

Collaboration with stakeholders and strong documentation are essential as you optimise processes and drive service improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Experience developing and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Experience with workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and Catalog Items.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integrations.
• Experience translating business and technical requirements into solutions.
• Experience working with stakeholders on process automation and service improvements.
• Experience in testing, troubleshooting, deployment and production support.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and resolve technical issues.
• Good documentation skills and awareness of security and development standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Translate business and technical requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and customise workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, catalog items, and integrations.
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and service improvement.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools.
• Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Maintain system documentation and ensure solutions comply with security and development standards.
