Job summary

GAIA Culinary's BAR KAP is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee daily service and ensure a refined guest experience. You will coordinate reservations through TableCheck, manage seating and guest flow, and actively participate in service operations including welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring standards are met.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a genuine passion for hospitality, with English proficiency and POS familiarity.

Qualifications

• Secondary school or equivalent; professional certificates or diploma welcomed.
• 3–5 years in managing an F&B outlet, preferably a fast-paced bar.
• Excellent hygiene standards and professional demeanor.
• Strong command of English for business communication.
• Positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Comfort with POS and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations and guest experience.
• Coordinate reservations via TableCheck; manage seating and flow.
• Welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, clear tables.
• Supervise, coach, and train service staff; performance coaching.
• Maintain menu/product knowledge; handle feedback and service recovery.
• Manage cash, POS transactions, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and safe working environment.
• Identify issues and report to Manager with recommendations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
