Job summary

SINGFIRE ASIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Restaurant Operations Associate to assist management with daily matters, motivate the team, ensure SOP adherence, support monthly forecasts and weekly schedules, and help evaluate restaurant profitability.

You will plan routine cleaning, conduct stock checks, maintain Food Hygiene standards, handle maintenance inspections, resolve service disruptions, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 year of relevant experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent.
• At least a Certificate in Food & Beverage service
• Great communication skills
• Able to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist the management with daily operational matters
