Job summary

MANDATE OF MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead a dynamic service team. You will drive revenue, control costs and uphold service standards across shifts in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Diploma in Food & Beverage or equivalent and at least 3 years of relevant experience in KTV, restaurant, or retail service. Strong leadership, communication and multitasking abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Acute financial management with business acumen and sales/marketing awareness.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in daily operations.
• Drive revenue, maximize profits and minimize costs of the outlet.
• Establish good relations with guests and handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high service standards and manage guest feedback.
• Ensure cleanliness of the outlet area and supervise staff appearance and conduct.
• Develop staff through recruitment, orientation and training.
• Plan monthly staff schedules and manage attendance.
• Co-lead the team to deliver high-quality service at all times.
• Maintain discipline and performance of staff while fostering teamwork.
• Perform ad hoc duties as needed by the company.

Job Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Assist in the Outlet Manager in the operations of outlet


• Drive revenue, maximize profits and minimize costs of the outlet


• Establish good relations with guests, handle all guest requests or enquiries in a prompt, professional and sincere manner


• Ability in handling customers’ feedback and maintaining high service standards


• Responsible in maintaining overall cleanliness of outlet area


• Form robust relations with team members and assist in their development


• Manage staff discipline, appearance and work performance


• Co-lead the team to achieve high quality services delivered to guests at all times


• Responsible for recruitment, orientation and training of staffs


• Responsible for monthly staff’s schedule planning


• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess min. Diploma in Food & Beverage or equivalent


• Candidate must possess at least 3 years relevant experience of KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent


• Acute financial management skills, strong business acumen and excellent knowledge of latest sales and marketing trends


• Strong customer service and problem solving skills


• Strong planning and people management skills to lead a dynamic service team


• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Flexibility is a must so the ability to multi-task, work under pressure with short deadlines
