Job summary

LINKEDCORP HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented logistics/admin candidate to generate quotations and support service operations in Singapore.

You will assist in purchasing parts, verify supplier lead times, ensure competitive pricing, and track orders and delivery status for service jobs. The role also involves preparing delivery orders and invoices, supporting overseas logistics, and coordinating with accounts to ensure timely customer payments.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma in Business, Engineering, or any related field.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotations to customer.
• Assist in purchasing the necessary parts for service jobs.
• Check spares availabilities & lead time with various suppliers.
• Check that prices quoted from vendors are competitive.
• Track spares delivery status and advise accordingly to store-man.
• Track & file all purchases with reference to service jobs.
• Prepare Delivery orders & Invoices in a timely and organized manner.
• Assist service team on logistic preparation for overseas job assignment.
• Assist the Accounts team with proper documents to ensure timely payment from customers.

Education
