Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• ERP or order management system experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, process sales orders and handle customer enquiries accurately.
• Coordinate customer orders from confirmation through to delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment.
• Liaise with suppliers, factories, logistics providers and internal teams on order progress and shipment schedules.
• Prepare and check sales, invoicing and shipping documentation.
• Monitor delivery timelines, resolve order discrepancies and promptly escalate delays.
• Keep customers updated on order status and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Support payment follow-up and maintain accurate sales and order records.
