Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer service/administrative support role. Based at Pioneer, with company transport from CCK or Boon Lay MRT; hours Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. The role handles customer inquiries by phone and email and coordinates service schedules and quotes.

You will process POs, perform clerical tasks, maintain workshop records and provide service department support, ensuring smooth service operations with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers’ phone calls and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with clients on service schedules, quotations and job arrangements.
• Process and follow up on customer purchase orders (POs) in a timely manner.
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties, including data entry, document updates and filing.
• Maintain accurate records of workshop incoming goods and service-related documents.
• Prepare and follow up on service quotations and provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth and timely service operations.
