Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers regarding work plans and service operations.
• Coordinate with operations coordinators on job schedules.
• Handle and log all incoming customer requests.
• Assign and communicate work requests to the operations team.
• Maintain and update work orders and scheduling records.
• Prepare call reports and summaries, including subcontractor job requests.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly issued, returned, and maintained in good working condition.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors as required.
