Qualifications

• GCE N/A/O/N Level or Diploma with related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for records, documentation and admin tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, scheduling and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, service requests and complaints via phone, email and other channels.
• Generate quotations, service charges, and job orders within timelines.
• Plan and prioritize service appointments based on requirements and schedules.
• Liaise with field engineers, subcontractors, customers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Monitor ongoing service activities and follow up on outstanding matters.
