ACEXCELLENT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Support Executive to provide administrative and operational support for the Service team, coordinating maintenance, repairs, and installations of scientific equipment.

The role involves preparing quotations and contracts, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring timely completion with excellent customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems like SAP/SAGE is desired.

Competenze

• Diploma in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years in service coordination or customer support.
• Experience with scientific/lab equipment is a plus.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and oral communication.

Mansioni

• Prepare service quotations, contracts, and related documentation.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown calls, and service requests.
• Follow up on service jobs to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate service records and databases.
• Liaise with customers, service engineers, vendors, and principals on service matters.
• Support spare parts ordering, inventory tracking, and warranty administration.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and service documentation.
• Leverage SAP or other ERP systems to support service operations and inventory management.
