Job summary

JAC RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Service Support Executive to join their client’s team in Singapore. The role centers on coordinating maintenance, service requests, equipment installations, and customer support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Based at Henderson Road, Singapore, the position runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. The ideal candidate will have a diploma and at least 3 years of experience in service coordination or related fields.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, administration, or operational support.
• Experience in scientific, laboratory, medical equipment, healthcare, or technical service environments is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepare service quotations, contracts, and related documentation.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and service appointments.
• Manage breakdown calls and service requests efficiently.
• Follow up on outstanding service jobs to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain and update service records, databases, and reports.
• Liaise with customers, service engineers, vendors, and overseas principals.
• Support spare parts ordering, inventory monitoring, and warranty administration.
• Generate reports and documentation using Microsoft Office applications.
• Assist in service operations through SAP, SAGE, or other ERP systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support operational objectives and customer satisfaction.
