Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Service Coordinator to support service operations for scientific and medical equipment clients in Singapore. You will prepare quotations and contracts, coordinate maintenance, track progress, manage documentation, and liaise with customers, engineers, vendors, and internal teams using SAP/SAGE and MS Office.

Candidates should have a diploma and at least 3 years' experience, strong admin skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in service coordination or related roles.
• Experience in scientific/lab equipment or medical devices is an advantage.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with SAP or SAGE or ERP systems is advantageous.
• Strong administrative and documentation skills.
• Meticulous with multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare service quotations, contracts, and related documentation.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown calls, and service requests.
• Monitor service progress and follow up to ensure timely completion and satisfaction.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Liaise with customers, service engineers, vendors, and principals on service matters.
• Support spare parts ordering, inventory tracking, and warranty administration.
• Utilize MS Office to prepare reports and service documentation.
• Leverage SAP, SAGE, or other ERP systems to support operations and inventory.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve operational objectives.
