Job summary

ACExcellent Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Service Support Executive to provide administrative and operational support to the Service team within the Engineering department, ensuring smooth coordination of maintenance, repairs, installations, and excellent customer service for scientific equipment.

You will prepare service documentation, coordinate maintenance schedules, follow up on service jobs, generate reports, liaise with customers and engineers, support parts ordering and inventory, and

Qualifications

• Diploma required with minimum 3 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, or business operations.
• Experience in scientific/lab equipment or consumables is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare service quotations, contracts and related documentation.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown calls and service requests.
• Follow up on service jobs to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
