Job summary

Anchor Search Group Pte Ltd seeks a security operations professional to oversee maintenance of CCTV, access control, and PSIM platforms across West Singapore facilities. The role focuses on uptime, SLAs, and optimizing manpower deployment.

You will establish SOPs, analyze failure trends, manage assets and budgets, and maintain health and safety standards while mentoring a high-performing team to deliver operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT/Engineering or related field is required.
• ITIL certification is preferred.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience with CCTV/IP surveillance, PSIM and networked security systems is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintenance operations of security systems (CCTV, Door Access, etc)across facility to maximize equipment uptime, fulfill service level agreements (SLAs) and optimise manpower deployment.
• Establish and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs), analyse technical failure trends to execute corrective actions, and improve resource efficiency.
• Oversee assets and inventory, manage departmental budgets, maintain documentation and enforce health and safety standards.
• Cultivate good stakeholder relationshipsthrough regular performance reviews and proactive communication to ensure service alignment.
• Mentor and develop staffto cultivate high-performing teams that deliver operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of CCTV and IP Video Surveillance Systems, Video Management Systems (e.g. Hikvision, Milestone), Access Control Systems (e.g. Gallagher, Honeywell), PSIM Platforms, networking fundamentals, Windows Server and virtualization, and cybersecurity best practices for security systems.
• Diploma in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines, with ITIL certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, planning, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management, experience working closely with project teams with long-term maintenance viability in mind, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable with the occasional standby/ work outside normal office hours to support planned deployments, maintenance activities and unforeseen operational requirements, in accordance with business needs.
