Job summary

ANCHOR SEARCH GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a facilities operations professional to oversee CCTV/IP surveillance, access control and PSIM platforms from its West Singapore location. You will lead maintenance, ensure SLAs, develop SOPs, and drive asset and budget management while engaging stakeholders.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, ITIL familiarity, and excellent teamwork. Occasional after-hours support may be needed to coordinate planned deployments and urgent fixes.

Qualifications

• Experience with CCTV and IP video surveillance systems.
• Formal IT/engineering diploma with ITIL preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance operations across all facilities to maximize uptime and SLA fulfillment.
• Establish and refine SOPs, analyze failure trends and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee assets, inventory, budgets and safety/compliance documentation.
• Cultivate strategic stakeholder relationships through regular reviews and communication.
• Mentor and develop personnel to deliver operational excellence.
