Job summary

Anchor Search Group Pte Ltd seeks a security operations professional to oversee maintenance of CCTV, access control, and PSIM platforms across West Singapore facilities. The role focuses on uptime, SLAs, and optimizing manpower deployment.

You will establish SOPs, analyze failure trends, manage assets and budgets, and maintain health and safety standards while mentoring a high-performing team to deliver operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT/Engineering or related field is required.
• ITIL certification is preferred.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience with CCTV/IP surveillance, PSIM and networked security systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security systems to maximise uptime and meet SLAs.
• Establish and refine SOPs; analyse failures to drive corrective actions and efficiency.
• Oversee assets and inventory; manage budgets and documentation; enforce safety standards.
• Cultivate stakeholder relationships through reviews and proactive communication.
• Mentor staff to deliver operational excellence.
