Job summary

Kingdom Delicacies Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking enthusiastic individuals for front-of-house roles with clear opportunities to progress to Supervisor and Manager positions. You will engage guests with warmth, collect feedback, and contribute to a positive dining atmosphere.

As part of the front-of-house team, you will greet guests, assist at the POS, handle complaints tactfully, and help maintain high hygiene Standards for a pleasant guest experience.

• As front of house crew, maintain a friendly and positive vibe for both guests and colleagues by smiling and greeting.
• If on POS duty, be the last point of contact before guests leave, must ensure to solve any complaints.
