Job summary

Have Fun Tpy Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable supervisor to manage day-to-day outlet operations, ensuring efficient service and a positive guest experience.

You will oversee reservations and enquiries, greet guests, record orders, input them into the POS system, perform basic karaoke and mic checks, and lead the team to maintain a safe, neat environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role in entertainment or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Excellent communication with customers, staff, and management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including POS systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities
