Job summary

The Lo & Behold Group in Singapore invites applications for a role dedicated to elevating the guest experience across our restaurants. This position offers hands-on leadership in service operations and opportunities to learn from a dynamic hospitality team.

You will build relationships with guests, take orders, describe menus, upsell with product knowledge, ensure outlet setup before shifts, and help refine procedures.

Responsibilities

• Leading service operations
• Building and maintaining relationships with guests
• Order taking and menu description
• Upselling products based on extensive product knowledge
• Assuring outlet setup is complete and walkthrough is done before shift
• Maintaining guest satisfaction levels by being proactive in service/bar operations
• Improving procedures and systems
• Conducting basic training and ensuring SOPs are adhered to
