Job summary

HARILELA Hospitality PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites applicants for a restaurant service role reporting to the Restaurant Supervisor/Manager.

You will welcome guests, present menus, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages to high service standards. You will assist with menu enquiries, maintain dining area cleanliness, reset tables, coordinate with kitchen and service staff, handle guest feedback professionally, follow SOPs and food safety guidelines, and perform opening and closing

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Present menus and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
• Assist guests with menu enquiries and provide recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service.
• Clear tables and reset them promptly for the next guests.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally or escalate when necessary.
