Job summary

ITW PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Service Sales & Administration Specialist to drive service revenue while coordinating orders, data integrity, and client communications.

You will be the primary contact for customers, handling renewals, quotations, and service delivery coordination with field services and technical support. You will manage service contracts, parts orders, shipments, invoices, and reports in ASTEA and related systems, ensuring accuracy and timely service execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in service sales, service administration, customer support, or a similar customer-facing service environment.
• Experience supporting technical or engineered products in a B2B context is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage existing and prospective customers to sell, renew, and extend service contracts.
• Achieve annual service booking and revenue targets through follow-up, pipeline management, and customer engagement.
• Prepare and issue quotations for service contracts, time & material services, calibration, training, and other offerings.
• Coordinate with Field Service Engineers and Technical Support to dispatch requests and strengthen relationships.
• Maintain accurate records in the Service Management System (ASTEA) and related databases.
