Job summary

W TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a proactive Customer Service Executive to manage customer communications, process orders, resolve issues, and support office administration in a fast-paced SME environment.

You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and social media; process orders and issue quotes; coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries; and assist with invoicing and documentation. This role is on-site in Tampines.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to support documentation and communication.
• Ability to multitask and work independently to manage diverse responsibilities effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and internal teams professionally.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media to provide timely and accurate information.
• Process customer orders, prepare quotations, and conduct follow-ups to ensure order completion.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage deliveries, orders, and service requests efficiently.
• Perform daily office administrative duties including scheduling and managing office supplies.
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and maintain accurate documentation for business transactions.
• Organize and maintain filing and record-keeping systems for easy retrieval and compliance.
• Assist management with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to support business operations.
