Job summary

STIGIOUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Sales Administrator to support daily operations and customer interactions in Singapore.

You will handle inquiries from local and overseas customers, process orders, and coordinate deliveries with multiple departments to ensure timely fulfillment. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, invoices, and sales reports, as well as maintaining accurate customer records.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with at least 1 year of working experience.
• Knowledge of QAD software is a plus.
• Proficient in written English.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze simple charts and data.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Company’s bottom line is met.
• Provide customer service support to local and overseas customers; respond to calls and emails promptly.
• Process customers’ purchase orders.
• Coordinate with departments on delivery schedules.
• Prepare quotation forms, proforma invoices, delivery orders and tax invoices.
• Follow up with departments to avoid delays and meet delivery timelines.
• Arrange delivery of goods with freight forwarders when necessary.
• Prepare marketing materials (short write-ups, slides) as needed.
• Prepare monthly and annual sales reports.
• Analyze monthly and annual sales reports.
• Coordinate promotion and sale of products to potential customers.
• Maintain customer sales records and update records for new customers and changes.
