Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process orders and maintain documentation.
• Check customer orders for accuracy and required approvals; prepare and upload forms and records.
• Track order status and follow up with Sales and delivery teams to keep orders moving.
• Cross-functional coordination with Sales, Product, Operations, Customer Success and Finance; serve as contact point for customers on routine queries.
