Job summary

ANSA TIC Veritas ( Singapore) P/L is seeking support to manage customer orders, inquiries, and related sales administration from our Singapore office. The role includes handling orders, data accuracy checks, invoicing, quotes, AR/AP follow-ups, returns, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with experience in maintaining client databases and generating reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & Handle customer purchase orders, check data accuracy, and generate invoices
• Answer inbound inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online chat with customer service oriented approach.
• Draft price quotes, sales invoice and client proposals. Follow up with customer /vendor on AR/AP.
• Manage product returns, exchanges, and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain and update client databases and Millions systems with purchase histories and interaction logs
• Coordinate with supplier and shipping teams to track deliveries and ensure timely order fulfillment
• Compile daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports and track performance metrics or other relevant Adhoc task.
• Manage schedules, arrange travel itineraries, and handle office correspondence
