Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales Administration and Order Processing Specialist to support the Sales Department in daily operations, verify orders, prepare quotations, and maintain accurate documentation.

You will handle urgent customer inquiries, assist walk-in clients when needed, and contribute to sales reporting and process improvements, including exploring AI tools to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a Sales department in administrative tasks.
• Ability to verify pricing, discounts, product codes and inventory for orders.
• Capability to prepare sales quotations and maintain accurate sales documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Department in daily administrative operations and sales coordination.
• Review incoming customer orders with Sales Representatives and verify pricing, discounts, product codes, and inventory.
• Prepare quotations and maintain sales-related documentation.
• Respond to urgent enquiries from existing customers via calls, emails, and messaging platforms when Sales Representatives are unavailable.
• Coordinate with key customers and the Sales Department Head on after-sales issues.
• Update sales revenue records using information from the Accounts Department.
• Explore AI tools to improve administrative efficiency and workflow productivity.
• Undertake other relevant administrative duties to support the Sales Department.
