Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a customer-facing operations role to assist court users with enquiries, process applications, and verify filings. The role also involves contributing to service design improvements and enhancing overall user experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, familiarity with CRM systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Prior hospitality/service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a people-facing role from the service or hospitality industry would be an advantage.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Prior experience with a CRM system would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Handle counter enquiries and provide information to court users on court processes
• Receive applications for company records/appeals at the counters and verify that the court documents submitted are properly filed
• Participate in initiatives to strengthen touchpoint-centric service design and explore innovations that enhance service experience
• Provide suggestions to improve service quality and processes to enhance company users' service experience.
