Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Singapore. This on-site opportunity requires you to handle walk-in, phone, and email inquiries, assist with registrations and online applications, and promote digital services.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O levels with 2 years of relevant experience in customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic administrative tasks.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for both office-hour positions and shift work, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service support by attending to walk-in, phone, and email enquiries, assisting with customer registration, online applications, and digital service adoption.
• Perform administrative and operational support duties, including data entry, document management, appointment coordination, equipment setup, event logistics, follow-ups, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Escalate unresolved matters to the relevant department when necessary.
• Support administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
