SG Courts - Supreme Court, State Courts and Family Justice Courts is seeking an Executive in the Service Excellence Department to provide frontline counter services and accurate information on court processes. Qualifications

• Experience in a people-facing role is advantageous.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fluency in additional languages (Malay, Tamil or Mandarin) advantageous.
• Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Handle counter enquiries and provide information to court users on court processes.
• Receive applications for court records/appeals and verify filings.
• Participate in initiatives to strengthen touchpoint-centric service design.
• Provide suggestions to improve service quality and processes to enhance user experience.
